TRU Security is always growing and in need of high quality, professionally trained security officers. We hire Level 1, 2 and 3 guards, as needed, as we grow. All potential employees must pass a background check prior to being hired. We invite any qualified and interested people to complete and submit our employment application. To be a New Mexico security guard, there are special requirements. You must have a valid New Mexico Level 1, 2 or 3 guard card to be considered for a position.
Minimum requirements to be considered for any position with our company:
- Pre-employment screening
- Proof of U.S. citizenship
- At least 18 years of age
- Pass a background check and satisfactory Motor Vehicle report
- Minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED
- Have reliable transportation
- Have personal telephone services
- Provide employment history
- Provide personal references
